Creatine, or otherwise known as Creatine Monohydrate is an organic acid naturally produced by ones body. For years, athletes and weight lifting enthusiasts have been looking for a supplement that would benefit their workouts. Creatine powder is what I started with years ago and noticed size and strength gains. The problem is that it was very gritty, and was not as easy to take as modern day Creatine, or liquid Creatine. Many people want to know does Creatine work, and I have to say yes.

Just like with any other supplement, you need to put the appropriate levels of stress on the body through strength and resistance training like weight lifting. The definition of a mentor always depends on who or how you are mentoring.

Despite being in business using business mentor websites, the roles of a mentor can be as simple as those of being someone’s coach.

That brings me back years ago when I was playing hockey.

“Why do I need a mentor” is as an important question to ask as “why do I need a coach” when playing a sport.

Sometimes the coach or mentor will not tell you everything you will want to hear, but that is for good reason.

If we just went about our business and did as we pleased without any tweaking or implementing minor adjustments to our approach in business or sporting discipline, we would never get any better.
