I have been working on a testimonial, I don't know quite how to say it all because there is so much that is wrong with me and I want everyone to know how this is changing my life. If it is alright , I will write all my ailments, how I was doing, and how I am doing since taking the GBG's 10-in One. So, let's see. I have Osteoarthritis, diabetic, chronic sinus infections, (4 sinus surgeries) severe headaches. I want to share with you my passion that I have to help people to succeed in Network Marketing industry. I have been to lots of training on networking marketing and there is no way two people can to the exactly same thing to be successful in a company that using the MLM system to be helps people to make money all the way down the team. That is what makes this kind of business so special.

I also what everyone to know that I personally believe in order for me to help you to succeed in networking marketing you need to find special way to attract people to you so you can be successful in this kind of business. There are some ways to get started that everyone said to do it. I want to tell you some things that are common.

1. Make a list of your Family and friends. Let them know what you are doing. (I agree with Jim Rohn that we should do this. Just so no one can come back and said to you that you kept the information from them. A percentage of your friends and family might want to do it. Once they show no interest you should leave them alone is my viewpoint.)

2. Use other means of attracting people to you. For example, you might want to write a blog about the reason you are want to help them build a MLM business.

3. I think this is the most important thing you can go for yourself. Is to work on yourself and make the changes in your thinking. Since I do not know you at all I going to simply say every successful networking marketing person I have listen to has said that they need to keep on working on personal development on a very day basic. Zig Ziglar says that you need to take a bath every day. Personal development is needed on a daily basic also.

In closing ask you self to you want your team to multiply or duplicate? If you want to know the difference multiply is when each team member multiply what you did in networking marketing. For example, if you get two people in the business and teach everyone to get two people that is multiply your efforts.

This doesn't include the $1 dollar you would receive on these same 65,000 customers (auto shipping a product). This is another 65,000 dollars a month or approx 780,000 dollars a year. I want to ask you a very important question. Was your first goal to have hundreds of people in your down line in 30 days or less? But the average person in networking marketing industry will not be able to be that successful in the first 30 days in business.

For instance the most powerful person that is in networking marketing is a person who is brand new in business and is very exciting about the business plan. They have not received any rejection to get down at all yet. Today I want to talk to you about the importance of making choices about how you spend your money as you are working a home base business. Let us assume that you are an average person who wants to have a business on line but the issue is that no one really knows who you are as you are starting out. You do not want to tell you family and friends because they know that you have not been successful in the past.

You find the home base business and then realize it looks like a good deal to be involved in. Let us be honest with each other there is a learning curve to learn the system in order for you to be successful. You might be asking yourself how long it will it take you to learn enough to be successful.

I do not have the answer to that question. All the successful people has said that success does not happen instance but you can be successful if you keep on working with home base business.

Let me make some suggest that you should consider as you begin in your online business.

1. You made the choice join a home base business knowing that there an auto ship order each per month. You should plan on spending that money every month until you succeed in online business however long that is.

1. Tell us who is Russ Falls of Palmdale CA?

I am a person who loves Jesus and his righteousness. I have a mild case of cerebral palsy which has effect my speech. I live with my soon to be 16 year old daughter because her mother past away of breast cancer in 2003 and I have not gotten remarried yet. I am commitment to be a good provider for her. I do not believe that I should do nothing in life and expect the government provide for my family needs. I am now in my 50�s and I have a good brain.

2. You are 52 years old and you mention that you have cerebral palsy, could you tell us about your growing up years with your brothers and sisters?

I turn 52 on January 23, 2010 I did not have any brothers but I have two sisters. Our parents made the choice to be teachers and worked for the school district here in Palmdale CA following after there parents footsteps. My Dad ended up as a principal for the last 20 years after teaching for the first 12 years of his career. My mom always taught K or 1st grade for her 20 year career. My parents both retired in 1988. My oldest sister, Mary has many health issues because she had polo when she was a baby. Because of her issues the only income she has is her Social Security income she gets. My other sister who was born between Mary and me has a very good job in the city of Eugene Or. She followed our parents step in her career to be successful working at a government funded job. She is working on getting anther master degree then become a principal herself at a school in Eugene, Or.

3. What kind of jobs were you able to get in with your challenges of your life?

Thanks for asking me that question. Most of my working career I had labor jobs. Back in early 80�s I made the choice to learn bookkeeping and accounting. I was not able to be successful because of the fact that I did not have lots of experience in that field. But I kept on doing my own set of financial records using the generally accepted accounting principles. I learn to truly enjoy keeping my records using the general ledgers accounts.

4. You made a choice to get your BS degree tell us what was the reason you made that choice?

In 2005 I was working for the HR Block for about for the past five years making around 4 thousands dollars per year. I received a phone call from a college recruiter suggesting to me that I should get a bachelor degree in business administration. He told me that it would be easier for me to get a job with a degree. I made the choice to go for it and get my degree. In March of 2007 I had my degree with a GPA of 3.74

5. After you got your degree I assume you were able to get a great job correct?

The answer to that question is a big fat NO (LOL). It is now March of 2010 three years later, I finally got an office job where I could use some of my skills that I learned in college now. It is a low paying job working for a real estate broker in Palmdale Ca. I am working 40 hours a week thanks Jesus. I am able to do online marketing for the real estate broker and do her bookkeeping for her also which I learn the online marketing skills though veretekk training system. I have been in different home base business in the past 30 years. I am not going to name the ones that I been involve and not involve in now. I knew Paul Stanton from 4 years then and I trusted him as a good ethical leader that I have been able to trust him.I heard the Tom Predengrast before I was in veretekk and I like his approach in life. I choose to upgrade back to gold in August of 2009 because I was looking for different ways to marketing GBG on the internet. I found many opportunities on line that I could marketing and get leads. I sign up for one company it cost about $100.00 per month. I was under a person who says he was very successful with the company. Then I have to buy auto responder system for 19.95 per month. The issues I have with that company every weekly meeting they encourage us to spend large amount of money. I am talking about large ticket item tools like between $500 and $1000.00 every week.
